Drifting Instructions:

Start slowly. Drifting is about style and flow, not lap times. With increasing experience, your speed will naturally increase.

1. Initiate a drift by steering in the direction of the turn and using one of the following three methods:

• Quickly press and release the electronic parking brake.

• Quickly tap the brakes with the throttle.

• Aggressively press the throttle to spin the rear tires.

2. Do not attempt to correct and counter-steer in the opposite direction once the car is rotating. The TSM Drift mode will counter-steer for the driver.

3. Apply smooth throttle to maintain speed and momentum through the turn. Don't worry about over-throwing. The TSM Drift mode will assist the throttle to maintain the drift angle.

4. Use small steering wheel inputs between neutral and in the direction of the turn to adjust the car's position within the drift height.

5. When it's time to change direction, turn the steering wheel in the direction you want the car to go.

• When the car With sufficient speed and momentum, the car can rotate and drift through the next corner on its own. The TSM Drift mode will counter-steer and modulate the throttle in the new direction.

• If there isn't enough speed and momentum, the driver must initiate the next corner drift by braking or accelerating.
