You can pay in cash the courier (ACS) or the Hellenic Post (ELTA) or even any other company you prefer, with your own charge and with a purchase order. The cost is estimated automatically but we can also inform you about the shipping cost after we measure the volume of your order. The shipping cost is charged to the customer and varies depending on both the weight of the product and the delivery area. Shipping takes place daily all over Greece.

When you have completed your order and choose PayPal as a payment method, you are automatically transferred to the safe PayPal webpage and complete your payment using the safest paying method worldwide. On the completion of your order we automatically receive the confirmation of the payment and we process your order at once.

The products, the prices, ant the shipping terms (place, time, etc.) are the same with those filled in the confirmed registration form of your order.

Our products travel by ACS, ELTA, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door (on your request)as well as a transport company.

The shipping cost for parcels up to 4 kilos is 4, 00 euros and the COD regarding the ASC service, is 2, 50 euros. There is an extra charge of 1, 00 euro for each extra kilo per parcel.

The charge of the shipping of parcels up to 4 kilos by the ASC service is 6, 50 euros. This charge applies to regions which are not considered as inaccessible by the courier service. For inaccessible regions, the shipping cost varies. You will be informed if your region is considered inaccessible, and therefore about the shipping cost, after the confirmed registration form of your order in writing and within 48 hours.

The above charges apply to shipping across Greece. For Cyprus, the cost is calculated automatically and you will be informed about the exact cost before the completion of your order.

If you do not agree with the shipping cost, you can request the amendment or the cancellation of your order in writing via fax or email within 24 hours since you receive the relevant notification. The expiry of the 24 hours will be proof that you agree and accept the shipping cost. The delivery time mentioned on the confirmed registration form is approximate. Our shop shall make every effort to deliver the products within ten (10) working days (Monday to Friday).


All orders must be received in writing online by filling and sending the Order Form found on and they are binding only if they have been accepted by with a relevant notification about the order status which you will receive with the registration form via email after you have placed your order.  You are obliged to check the registration form and notify in writing at once (within 24 hours since you receive the registration form) for any mistakes; otherwise the information filled in the registration form will be considered valid in this agreement.

Cancelling an order & Returns

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time by calling us within 24 hours at 6977529713 or via email [email protected]

Depending on the stage of completion of your order we will inform you about the options you have. Any change or cancellation of your order will not be valid without our approval and in any case the buyer will be responsible for any losses caused by the cancellation of an order.


They can take place within 10 working days and the following conditions must be fulfilled:

- If the product is defective, you can send it back at our expense and after we check it, we will replace it with no extra charge.

- If for any reason you did not like the product or it did not suit your needs and you want to buy another product, you can send it back at your expense and after we make sure it is in the right condition, you can make another purchase of the same or higher price.

- The returned products must comply with the condition in which they were received by the user. They must be in their original package without being compromised so that they won’t be damaged during their return.

- They mustn’t be assembled nor have marks caused by other tools.

- Products that do not meet these conditions may not be returned and you are charged with the shipping cost.

- Before any return, you should have contacted us first via email or by telephone in order for the return to be recorded; otherwise the return won’t be accepted.


Refunds take place only if:

- You contact us via e mail or by telephone within 24 hours since you receive the product to inform us about your request and the reasons for it.

- Beyond 24 hours no refunds are made, only returns of the products.

- Refunds subject to the same Terms and conditions as Returns.

- The product, its package and all attachments must be in their original condition.

Terms and Conditions

1. Availability

99% of our products shown on our webpage are available! There is a small possibility though that our e shop isn’t informed about products that have already been sold in our store. If the products you have ordered aren’t available, you will be informed via e mail or by telephone for the exact time of delivery. If you agree with the new delivery time, you must answer us via email or by telephone as long as you maintain your order but it is necessary for the buyer to pay in advance 50% of the total cost with a minimum of a 10-days waiting.  If the buyer cancels their order, the money is not refundable but it is credited for any other purchase in our shop (within 5 days). The is not responsible for any mistakes in the prices or availability.

2. Returns

We are happy to receive the products which did not satisfy you within 10 days since the delivery date and ON CONDITION THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND THE RECEIPT IS INCLUDED. Money IS NOT REFUNDABLE, but you can change the product with any other products you wish or the money can be credited for future purchases. The package of the product must not be opened or compromised. The product must be returned in excellent condition WITH ITS BOX EXACTLY AS IT WAS DELIVERED. Returned packages which are damaged or worn or products which do not function due to incompetent or inconsiderate handling shall not be accepted.

3. Damages or Stealing of Products

ΑΤΤΕΝΤΙΟΝ: bears NO responsibility for any damage or stealing of the product incurred by delivery services. The packages of the delivery services have insurance. ACS guarantees that your order will arrive with no damage. In case your order is delivered in poor condition, contact us and DO NOT RECEIVE IT. If you receive it, you are held responsible, so we cannot replace it. PLEASE mind the proper function of the product; do not hesitate to contact us in order to indicate to you the proper and safe handling of the product by telephone. You can trace your order on our website, by clicking on the ACS icon and entering the tracking number sent to your mobile phone.

4. Quality Check

Because of the complexity of the scales modelling products we cannot check the charging conditions of the batteries or use of the models. As a result, we test, always according to the guidelines of the manufacturer, as many models as possible to be sure for the quality and the proper function of the products you buy.

5. Guarantee

The guarantee is provided by the manufacturer. We can test our product to assure you of their proper function. After the purchase we cannot test the use of the product, the fall, the crash, water, the mistreatment of the engine or the charging of the battery. For this reason, we bear no responsibility for any further damages. Batteries have no guarantee; Batteries of all types are flammable and dangerous if they are damaged, not properly charged or stored. The responsibility cannot exceed the retail price of the product in any case of damage. Remote control products are NOT toys and they should be used under adult supervision. The remote control vehicles cannot be returned nor repaired.
